Terms & Conditions

Last updated:

These terms govern TechNet Consultancy's website, learning platform and digital products. Read the product description and Refund Policy before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights take priority.

1. Seller and contact

TechNet Consultancy, F-6, 1st Floor, Vihang Trade Center, Mota Bazaar, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Anand, Gujarat, India. hello@technetconsultancy.in · +91 94083 07591.

Professional exam products are intended for customers aged 18 or over who can enter a binding contract. Organisation purchases require authority to act for that organisation.

2. Accounts and permitted use

Provide accurate details, protect credentials and use your own account. Do not share, resell or transfer individual access without written agreement. Report suspected unauthorised access.

Do not redistribute the question bank, scrape protected content, attack the service, bypass access/attempt controls, impersonate others or infringe rights. Ordinary personal study and permitted accessibility tools are not prohibited.

3. Products, access and validity

The offer and checkout specify included products, exam count, attempts, reports, explanations, access period, currency, price and applicable taxes. Only explicitly included content is supplied. Interactive access, PDF packs, instructor-led training and consulting are separate unless the offer says otherwise.

Access follows confirmed payment and the steps shown for the product. Your order or grant's stated validity controls expiry, not inactivity. Administrator assignments follow their stated period. An illustrative preview is not a promise of features absent from your package.

Check browser/device requirements and try available free mocks or demos. We do not silently convert free access into a paid plan. Non-renewing packages do not automatically renew.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments use the available payment provider. A payment attempt is not proof of success. Contact support if your bank shows a debit but access is missing; avoid repeatedly paying without checking.

Digital purchases are final, with no discretionary change-of-mind refunds. Our Refund Policy preserves legally required withdrawal rights and remedies for defective, misdescribed or undelivered products. Trying a demo, accepting terms or opening an account does not itself waive mandatory rights.

Delivery of digital products

All products are digital; nothing is shipped. Access is added to the account used at checkout once the payment provider confirms the payment, normally within a few minutes, and is shown on your dashboard with its validity dates. Course enrolments open the course immediately; mock-exam packages appear under your mock exams. If access has not appeared within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with the payment reference and we will supply it or refund under our Refund Policy.

5. Exams and educational limitations

Read the introduction before starting. Simulation timing, section locks, scheduled breaks, submission and resume rules shown for the exam apply. Registering is separate from starting an attempt. Practice and simulation feedback may differ.

Scores and analytics are educational feedback using our question bank and scoring model, not official certification scores, pass predictions or guarantees. TechNet is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by PMI. PMP and PMI are trademarks of Project Management Institute, Inc. Our interface is a simulation, not a claim of identity with the official exam platform.

Report suspected content defects with the exam/question reference. We may correct errors while preserving applicable contractual rights.

6. Licence and availability

Content is licensed for personal learning during the stated access period, with any download rights expressly included. Ownership is not transferred. You retain rights in information you submit; processing is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Maintenance, internet problems and failures may interrupt availability. Contact us if an interruption affects a paid entitlement or attempt. This does not exclude remedies for failure to provide the purchased service.

7. Misuse and responsibility

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful conduct or material misuse. Where appropriate and safe, we explain why and allow you to contest it through support. These terms do not permit arbitrary removal of paid access or avoidance of mandatory remedies.

To the extent law permits, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse or events outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud or wilful misconduct.

8. Privacy and communications

The Privacy Policy covers processing, cookies and rights. Request personal-information removal at hello@technetconsultancy.in. Essential account/purchase messages are separate from optional marketing; unsubscribing does not remove purchased access.

9. Complaints, applicable law and updates

Contact us so we can investigate. You remain free to contact a regulator, consumer authority, payment provider or competent court. Indian law governs except where mandatory protections in your country require otherwise. No exclusive-forum requirement here removes a consumer's protected choice of forum.

Updates apply to future use/purchases without retrospectively reducing paid-order rights or replacing required notice/consent. The date above identifies this version.
