Refund & cancellation policy

We want every learner to feel safe buying a training toolkit from TechNet Consultancy. This policy explains when refunds are possible, when they are not, and how to request one.

Digital course products

Our training toolkits (including the Power BI Job-Ready Training Toolkit) are digital, downloadable learning products with slides, notes, labs and datasets. As a rule, these purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, because the material can be copied and retained after viewing.

If you believe your purchase qualifies for an exception, please read the sections below.

When we will issue a refund

Duplicate or accidental payment: We refund the duplicate or extra charge in full within 5–7 working days.
Access failure: If, after a successful payment, we cannot provision access to your course within 48 hours and we also cannot issue equivalent access or credit, we will refund the order.
Unintended purchase within 24 hours: If you have purchased by mistake and have not consumed any lesson, slide deck, lab, dataset, or bonus material, contact us within 24 hours of payment and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

When refunds are NOT available

After you have accessed any module, slide deck, lab, dataset or bonus.
After 24 hours from the time of purchase, regardless of consumption.
For discounts, launch offers, or free bonuses.
For trainer / institute licences once licensing assets have been shared.
For change-of-mind, scheduling conflicts, or device compatibility issues that are outside our control.

How to request a refund

Email hello@technetconsultancy.in within the eligible window with:

Your full name and the email used for purchase
The Razorpay payment / order ID (from your receipt)
A short description of the issue

We respond to every request within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

Self-paced training toolkits are billed one-time — there is nothing to cancel after purchase. Subscription-style products (if any) can be cancelled from your account dashboard at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
