Digital purchases are final. We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds. Use the available free mock, public demo or product sample to evaluate content, difficulty, interface and suitability before buying.
Mandatory legal rights remain protected. A digital product, demo, login or acceptance of terms does not by itself remove statutory rights.
1. Scope and final sales
This covers digital mock-exam access, practice packages, self-paced digital learning and downloads. Separately agreed live-training or consulting contracts may have their own cancellation terms.
For purchases under this policy, we do not voluntarily refund because you changed your mind, selected the wrong package, did not use access, allowed validity to expire, changed an exam date, found questions difficult or did not achieve an expected result. This never overrides a legally required remedy or an express promise made when you bought.
2. Evaluate before buying
Check format, included content, attempts, validity, device/browser requirements, price and exclusions. A PDF pack is not browser-based interactive access unless the offer expressly includes both. Free mocks and demos are evaluation opportunities, not automatic paid conversions.
3. Problems we will address
Contact us about duplicate charges, access not supplied, a material mismatch with the description or defects preventing the promised service. We investigate and provide remedies required by applicable law, which may include fixing access, replacement, price reduction or refund. We do not force a credit instead of a legally required refund.
A duplicate charge differs from intentionally buying separate products. Your lawful bank dispute and chargeback rights are not waived.
4. EU/EEA and other mandatory consumer rights
Qualifying online consumer contracts may have a statutory cooling-off period, commonly 14 days. Downloadable digital content and ongoing digital services have different rules.
For digital content not on a physical medium, loss of an applicable withdrawal right requires the legally required prior express consent to start delivery and acknowledgement of losing that right, with required confirmation. A pre-ticked box, general terms acceptance, payment or activation alone is insufficient.
For services, beginning access is not full performance. Any early-performance request, proportionate payment or loss of withdrawal rights must satisfy applicable requirements. If those requirements are not met, we do not treat the right as waived. Statutory remedies for defective/non-conforming products remain separate from withdrawal rights.
Mandatory protections under Indian consumer law and laws applicable in your country take priority over our no-discretionary-refund policy.
5. Contact, withdrawal and complaints
Email hello@technetconsultancy.in with your account email, order/payment reference, date and a short explanation. For withdrawal, a clear statement is sufficient; do not miss a legal deadline while waiting for us or collecting evidence.
Optional wording: “I wish to withdraw from my contract for [product/order], purchased on [date]. My name and account email are [details].”
We acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, or sooner where law requires. Where a refund is due, we process it through the original method where possible, without deductions prohibited by law. Provider posting times vary; applicable statutory refund deadlines take priority.
6. Validity and existing orders
Non-renewing packages expire as disclosed. Unused attempts do not extend validity. A renewal or extension has its own stated terms. Account deletion does not itself create a discretionary refund, but never cancels a statutory remedy.
This update does not remove stronger terms or rights attached to earlier orders.
