These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TechNet Consultancy website and your purchase and use of our products, including our PMP® mock-exam store and training toolkits. By accessing our website or buying our products, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

TechNet Consultancy is a training and digital-products provider based in Anand, Gujarat, India. You can contact us at hello@technetconsultancy.in.

Our products

We sell digital, downloadable products such as PMP mock exams, answer rationales, interactive score reports, and training toolkits. Product descriptions, the number of items, and prices are shown on the relevant product page and may be updated from time to time.

Our practice questions are original content created for learning purposes. They are not "brain dumps" and do not contain real or leaked exam questions.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping any access links or account credentials confidential.

Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated.
Payment is processed securely by our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay). We do not store your card or bank details.
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured, after which we deliver access by email.

Delivery and access

Products are delivered electronically. After purchase (or after claiming a free sample), we email a secure, time-limited download link.
Download links are valid for a limited period (currently 7 days) and allow a limited number of downloads per file (currently 3). You can request a fresh link if needed.
Delivered files are watermarked with your email address and licensed for your personal use only.

Email verification

To protect against misuse and ensure deliverability, we may require you to verify your email address with a one-time code before we send your download links.

Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our products for your own exam preparation and learning. You may not:

Share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post our content.
Remove or alter watermarks or other protective measures.
Use our content to create competing products or services.

We may revoke access if these Terms are breached.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and downloadable, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. To help you evaluate quality before buying, we provide a complete free sample exam. Please see our Refund Policy for full details and any exceptions.

Intellectual property

All content, including questions, explanations, score reports, designs, logos, and text, is owned by TechNet Consultancy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited licence described above.

Trademarks

PMP and PMBOK are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI). TechNet Consultancy is an independent provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PMI. References to PMI marks are for descriptive purposes only.

Disclaimers

Our products are study aids intended to support your preparation. We do not guarantee any particular exam result, score, or certification outcome. Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechNet Consultancy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last modified" date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our website or products after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Anand, Gujarat.
